Every day there are more services that exploit the internet to lower costs of international calls and this is the case with Talkster which is a service that gives you a local number in the country of residence for each of those who want to call each other. The system works like this:
person in a country "X" calls from your phone to a number of his country and one person from another country Y does the same by calling a local number country "Y" Talkster and is responsible for routing calls to communicate among themselves and can thus make international calls at local call rates.
For local number should register on the website of Talkster the numbers that we want to communicate and this will give us 2 local number for each country so they can call and bind calls.
Talkster on the page but there are some steps seem very unclear on how to make calls, I probe and concluded that sufficient for the 2 people from different countries at the same time call to the corresponding local numbers for system work.
the only restriction is that you hear a few seconds of advertising at the beginning of the conversation (in my tests never heard).
I think is a good service that helps save a couple Doral international calls, regarding the quality really impressed me because it does not perceive any delay in the conversation and was very clear.
as end Talkster calls are unlimited and will only have to pay the local call rate you made the duration of your call. The system is limited to certain countries so you have to check if yours is listed for availability.
